When your child has completed tasks, they click the turn in / mark as done button so the teacher knows the work is complete. Parents/guardians are welcome to provide evidence of children’s work through uploading pictures / videos to show that the set tasks have been. The easiest way to upload photo/video evidence of your children’s work is to install the google classroom app which is available on both Android and Apple devices (Search google classroom in the app store), or by going to the Google Classroom website on your computer: https://classroom.google.com
We understand that the current context is extremely challenging and that it may not be possible to complete all tasks. All we ask is that you do the best you can. We will ensure there is a balance of tasks where technology, adult support and resources are not always required.
Should you have any questions regarding your child’s tasks/learning or using the classroom please email:
A teacher will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have issued with technology i.e. you have no laptop or tablet to use please contact email@example.com so we can assist you.
We are optimistic that Google classroom will be a fantastic learning platform for all pupils in the long term and we hope that in the near future it helps to provide some additional support to your home schooling endeavours.
