SUMMER SPORTS DAY EVENT – 30 JUNE 2017

The countdown to Summer Sports Day Event is ongoing.  If anyone is interested in helping on a stall please contact Ayaiz Ahmed, Parent Governor.  If you have any unwanted gifts you would like to donate as raffle prizes please leave these at the School Office.  Watch out for a text on the morning to confirm if the sports day is going ahead (dependent upon the weather).

SCHOOL MEALS

The cost of a school meal will be increased by 15 pence to £2.15 per meal with effect from 6 September 2017.  The cost per week will be £10.75 per week.

REPORTS WILL BE SENT HOME ON 14TH JULY 2017

All the children will be given their annual written report in a sealed envelope to bring home to you on 14th July. With the report is a letter with a reply slip for comments from both your child and yourself. When these comments are returned they are very useful in two ways – 1. they are added to the records on your child maintained in the school and 2. I use them as part of the evaluation of the reporting process. Please try to return yours.

BREAKFAST & TEA TIME CLUBS

We are experiencing large numbers of parents who are not paying for the sessions their child attends at these clubs.  I would be grateful if you could ensure you pay on the day your child attends i.e. when you book your child in with the staff at Breakfast Club and also when you sign your child out from Tea Time Club.  You are of course able to pay in advance for these sessions.  Thank you for your support.

YEAR 6 – WOODLAND HERITAGE CELEBRATIONS  – 18 JULY

Year 6 have been invited to join in celebrations on the 18th July.  More information to follow.
